Mushing back to mushrooms
OK, this is not Iditerod, no dogsleds. I just couldn't resist invoking the verb "mush."
This post tells the story of one fruiting body, one fungus. Fungi are not plants. (Don't ask me why not (for now).
This little pale yellow beauty was growing on the well-watered lawn of Flagstaff Arizona's City Hall. I took the original, found just below, and turned it into more interesting art in the second image.

In this case the lens had an extra, snap-on, macro filter. All gear used is Olympus/ OM System.
