Insects

These fragile creatures live in motion and color. Their quicksilver energy, shimmering iridescent wings and—sometimes— the delicate stillness of butterflies and dragonflies resting on petals or leaves all draw me. Each encounter is a miracle of light, balance, and patience.

Using a macro lens reveals patterns and hues invisible to the casual eye. Here you’ll see bees working flowers, damselflies glinting in sun, and butterflies poised in flight.
